Working With Floral Foam
(Oasis)

Oasis Floral Foam is used in many fresh flower bouquets.  Floral Foam is used to hold flowers into place when designing. Flowers will drink water from the foam for days

Steps:.

Fill sink or tub with water.  Set the foam on top of water and allow foam to gradually absorb the water.  This may take a few minutes.

Allowing the oasis to soak up the water naturally is very important. If you force the water into foam without allowing it to absorb, you may have air pockets which keep the flowers from a drink.
